We do not offer refunds. However, if you experience discomfort or abnormal fallout that does not result from improper aftercare, as stated in my aftercare instructions, we offer a 72-hour free touch-up window. After the 72-hour window, we will treat any services provided as regular service reservations.
For a successful refill appointment, it is essential to have a minimum of 50% of your existing lash extensions on each eye still in place. If you have less than 50% but more than 25% remaining on each eye, book an additional 30-minute service at the time of booking to ensure the restoration and enhancement of your lashes. If you have less than 25% (less than ten lashes on each) of your lash extensions left on each eye, a new full set is required to achieve the most flawless results, subject to time allowance and potential rescheduling. We no longer accept foreign fills from another salon; instead, we require a removal and a new set.
Please arrive without eye makeup or eye cream, and do not curl lashes on the day of your reservation. Do not use an oil-based makeup remover, as leftover oil residue may result in premature shedding due to a weaker bond between the extensions and your natural lashes. Arriving with makeup on may reduce your appointment time.

Please be courteous and respectful of time and work by keeping your phone on silent until your service is completed. Your service may be refused if you use your cell phone.
No. You should not wear contacts during any lash service. If you wear contacts, please bring a contact lens case. As a recommendation, please wait 12 to 24 hours after your service before wearing your contacts again to minimize potential eye infections or irritation.
To receive services, clients must be at least 13 years old. An adult must accompany minors under 17. Parents or guardians must be present during the consultation and appointment.
